As for the question, the answer would depend on the specific version of Photobook Designer you are using. Generally, you can try opening an old project in Photobook Designer by going to the "File" menu and selecting an option like "Open" or "Open Project." Alternatively, you can check the program's documentation or contact their customer support for more specific instructions.
The "My Account" dropdown menu is typically located in the top right corner of the program's interface, usually next to the user's name or profile picture. Look for a small icon or text that says "My Account" or something similar. Click on it, and a dropdown menu should appear with various options, including the option to duplicate your book.
Some people have complained about a server connection issue.

Based on the information posted on the official website, the software has the following requirements when it comes to OS support:
"Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or 3), Vista and Windows 7".
As you can see, there is no Windows 10 support for this software which means you will have to run it in Compatibility mode. Right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows 7 from the list and then launch the installation procedure.
We had our book nearly finalized. Now that we are getting back to the project we've lost the name of the directory where our project file is stored, and the project file opening dialog does not allow searching. Please tell me where the file is.

I've installed the application and it appears that it stores the projects into the following folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Photobook Designer Projects
You have to replace USERNAME with your actual username, or simply open Windows Explorer and click on Documents on the left side.
You can find all the projects in that folder unless they have been deleted because of some reason.
Can you upload an older file that I created in Photobook Designer in 2012, I have the project almost finished and would like to finish it? Can you help?

You can download various versions through the application page on Software Informer. You will need to use a version prior to 4.0 to be able to open your album. Visit the download page and download a 3.X version.
